Very good care! Dr Trusha Carr was polite, caring and very helpful. Gave me a constructive feedback about my teeth, EDUCATED on how to care for my teeth and which toothpaste to use and answered lots of (probably stupid) questions unlike most dentists which tell you off and look down on you. The visit was very positive and it felt like seeing a good friend rather than a dentist. For a long time I felt comfortable on a dentist chair as most of my experience was very negative and full of judgment. Would 100% recommend Dr Trusha Carr to a friend or family and most of all I will definitely be coming back to this dentist (which I don't usually do).

I've been coming here for a few years and find the reception staff and dentist very kind and helpful.
My whole family have been coming here for several years now. The staff are polite and friendly, and our dentist asks after my daughter, who's at Uni, while treating me. Always a good experience, and I'm confident our teeth are being well looked after.
I came to practice to get an information on orthodontic treatment, as soon as she heard my accent she changed and was rude ,abrupt, not particularly helpful. When my husband came in ( he is English)she was much more polite and helpful. I don't understand why would someone like this was hired for the job with customers. Clearly the woman should work from home.
